AB-ALERT — air-raid alerts with no one at the console

The system receives official air-raid alert data on its own, switches on a siren, light boards or a voice message, and shows the status of every site in a web panel.

How it works

From official alert to siren — no human needed

The three tiers of the system (server, on-site device and web panel) work automatically. People are needed only for setup and oversight.

01

The server receives the alert

Every 10 seconds the system core polls the official air-raid alert data source and determines the status for your region.

02

The device gets the status

The on-site device contacts the server on its own every 5 seconds. No open ports or static IP address required.

03

Relays and audio fire

A siren, light board or other relay-driven equipment switches on, and a recorded voice message plays.

04

You see everything in the panel

The web panel shows each site's status, relay states, device temperature and a log of all events.

Features

What the system can do

Flexible scenarios tailored to your site, not one siren for every case.

Eight independent relays

Siren, light board, shelter magnetic lock, amplifier channel switch: each relay is configured separately.

Voice alerts

Custom audio messages are uploaded in the web panel, trimmed right in the browser and assigned to the events you need.

Alert levels

Red and yellow alerts, all-clear and separate events for transitions between levels. Each event gets its own relay and message.

Flexible algorithms

Steady, pulsed, timed, timed pulses, or repeating every few cycles — to remind people rather than wail nonstop.

Web control panel

Sites on a map and in a list, connectivity, temperature, logs, manual alert and all-clear, test of every relay.

Fault tolerance

Internet down — the fault relay closes. Device frozen — a hardware watchdog reboots it. Settings and audio are stored locally.

Where it's needed

Industrial sites

In a noisy workshop the siren is backed up by light boards, and the shift is led to the shelter in an orderly way along a set route. A separate relay can signal the security team or open the shelter doors.

Residential complexes and homeowners' associations

Alerts in stairwells and the parking garage, connection to an existing PA system, automatic opening of the shelter. The association's chair can see the system status from a phone.

Schools and kindergartens

A calm voice message instead of a harsh siren for children, a separate signal for staff, and a clear all-clear when the alert is over.

Retail and offices

Visitors are alerted through the background music system: a relay switches the amplifier channel, and instead of music a message plays telling people where to go.

Events and relays

Each event is a separate settings row: which relays to use, how exactly they operate and which message to play. Typical values are shown below.

Event Relay Behavior
Red alert 1 While the alert lasts
Yellow alert 2 While the alert lasts
All-clear 3 30 seconds after the alert ends
Change warning 4 1 second on every change
Server connection 5 Short pulse on each response
Fault 6 While there is no connection
Level down 7 On red → yellow transition
Level up 8 On yellow → red transition

An all-clear is shown only when there actually was an alert before it. A network error is not treated as an all-clear: if the server does not respond, the device keeps its current state and signals a fault.

Security and roles

The web panel has two roles. The Administrator configures algorithms, audio, devices and users. The Operator sees the status and can manually trigger an alert or all-clear but cannot change settings. Every action is logged: who, when and from which address. Login is protected against password brute-forcing.

Pricing

The cost depends on the number of sites, existing equipment (sirens, amplifiers, light boards) and the scope of installation. Send us the type of site and its approximate area, and we'll get back to you with a preliminary solution and estimate. The survey and consultation are free.

FAQ

AB-ALERT FAQ

Where does the system get alert data?

The AB-ALERT core polls the official air-raid alert data source every 10 seconds and determines the status for the relevant region. On-site devices receive this status from our server.

Do I need a static IP address or open ports?

No. The device initiates the connection to the server itself, so ordinary internet access over Ethernet or Wi-Fi is enough.

What happens if the internet goes down?

A dedicated fault relay closes so staff know about the problem right away. Settings and audio messages are stored on the device, and a hardware watchdog reboots it if it freezes.

Can I connect an existing PA system?

Yes. A relay switches the amplifier channel, and the message plays instead of music. There is a delay before the message starts so the relay has time to switch.

Can an alert be triggered manually?

Yes, from the web panel: an operator can manually trigger a red or yellow alert or an all-clear, for example for drills.
