What low-voltage systems are
Low-voltage systems are the nervous system of a building: the networks that carry data, voice, video and safety signals. During construction they are a small share of the budget, yet they determine how the building will work for decades to come.
Cable routes and cable management
Every system rests on well-planned cable routes. We design trays, trunking, vertical risers and distribution cabinets with spare capacity, separate power and low-voltage lines, and run fire protection system cables separately with the required fire resistance. Neat cable management and labeling save hours on every service visit.
Structured cabling system
A structured cabling system is a universal cabling infrastructure for computer networks, telephony, IP cameras, Wi-Fi access points and automation systems. Learn more on the "Communications" page and in the article "Structured cabling and cable management".
Public address and voice alarm
Background music, visitor announcements, voice alarm for fire and air-raid alerts. We design the broadcast zones, select amplifiers and loudspeakers, and integrate the fire voice alarm with the fire alarm system as the codes require.
Building monitoring
We collect data from building equipment (ventilation, pumps, meters, switchboards) and display it at the operator's workstation or in a web interface. Failures arrive as notifications, not as calls from tenants.
One design instead of ten
When all low-voltage systems are designed together, cabinets, cable routes and power are planned once, the systems work with each other, and the client receives complete as-built documentation in a single set.
