What data we receive

When you submit a form on the website, we receive your name, phone number and/or email, the message text, the address of the page the form was sent from, and technical browser information (user agent). We do not store your IP address in readable form: to protect against spam, we only use an irreversible hash of it for 10 minutes.

Why

Solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and carry out the work if we agree to work together. We do not send newsletters without your consent and do not share your data with third parties for advertising.

Where the data is stored

Requests arrive in our corporate mailbox and are stored on our hosting provider's server in a protected directory that is not accessible from the internet. Only the employees who handle requests have access.

How long it is kept

For as long as needed to handle your request and perform the contract, and after that for the periods required by accounting legislation.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.

Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", you can find out what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@asgardbud.com.ua and we will respond within 30 days.
