One contractor instead of many
A modern building runs a dozen low-voltage systems: fire alarm, voice evacuation, smoke extraction, fire suppression, access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, structured cabling, building monitoring. When each one is built by a different contractor, the systems don't "talk" to each other well and responsibility gets blurred.
We design them as a single whole. The fire alarm unlocks emergency exit doors and stops ventilation, the voice alarm knows which zone the fire is in, and the operator sees every event in one interface.
