AB-ALERT app privacy policy
The AB-ALERT app is a working tool for people who have been given an account in an ASGARDBUD alerting system. This page explains what data it processes and what happens to it.
Who processes the data
ASGARDBUD, 15 Yakuba Kolasa St., Kyiv, Ukraine. Questions about data: info@asgardbud.com.ua.
The app only works with accounts created by the administrator of the alerting system. There is no public sign-up.
What data the app processes
- Account: your login and your role in the system. The app does not store your password: after sign-in the phone receives its own access key, and the server keeps only an irreversible fingerprint of it.
- Phone details: name and model (so you can recognise your phone in the list), operating system, app version, time and IP address of the last request.
- Push address (Firebase Cloud Messaging): a technical identifier Google uses to deliver the alerts and messages you have switched on.
- Your actions: forced alarm, all-clear, device commands and announcements are written to the activity log with who did it, when, and from which phone.
- Voice from the microphone — only when you press "Speak over the loudspeaker". The recording is sent to the device at your site to be played once, and is held on the server in memory only, for up to 10 minutes, until the device picks it up.
- Text for AB-Dictor — only if this feature is enabled for you. The text is sent to the ElevenLabs speech-synthesis service to produce audio, and is written to the activity log.
- Crash reports: if the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics receives a technical report (phone model, OS and app version, where in the code it failed). The report contains no personal data.
The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos or files, shows no ads and uses no advertising identifiers.
Why
Only to run the alerting system: to show the state of your sites, deliver alerts, carry out the action you pressed, and to be able to find out who did what if something goes wrong.
Who receives the data
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Crashlytics) — push delivery and crash reports.
- ElevenLabs — only AB-Dictor text, only if you use it.
- The hosting provider of the servers the system runs on.
We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
Security
The app talks only to the alerting system's panel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The access key is kept in Android's secure storage. Permissions for every action are checked by the server, not by the app.
Retention
- Phone record — until you sign out or the phone is revoked. If the app has not been opened for 90 days, the sign-in is cancelled automatically.
- Activity log — as long as needed for system security and incident review.
- Microphone voice — up to 10 minutes in server memory, never written to disk.
Your rights and data deletion
You can sign out in the app at any time or revoke your phone in the panel; the access key and push address then stop working. To delete your account and the data linked to it, email info@asgardbud.com.ua from an address known to your system administrator, or contact the administrator directly.
You also have the right to know what data of yours we process, to correct it, or to withdraw consent, within the limits of Ukrainian personal data protection law.
Changes
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page. Version of 10 October 2026.
